I'd also wonder when the last time was that your car's software was updated by ISTA? ![]() I'd advise unplugging the ABS module, carefully examining all the pins, male and female, spraying thoroughly with this spray, blow out both sides of the connector with compressed air, and plug it back in, then clear the codes. It's real name is WURTH Electric Contact Cleaner Oil. (We've not been told the code.)Īre there any other codes which might be contributing? Anything in the DME or instrument cluster?Īlso, there is one single "mechanic in a can" which I strongly believe in - we call it "magic spray" at my shop. ![]() Certainly, I'd want to hook the car to ISTA, and run through the test for whatever code you're getting.
